Creativity instigator, Nicole Ensmenger, is the founder of Tinker’N LLC, a Creative Reuse & Wellness business. She is trained in the field of occupational therapy (OT). She holds a degree in kitchen and bath design and is certified as an aging in place specialist. Through her 22+ years of practice in OT (18 years with a focus in mental health), additional trainings and life experience, she brings a diverse perspective to her Tinker’N business.

Nicole finds great joy in inspiring others, meeting them where they are and guiding them in a safe judgement free way to connect with their creative self while utilizing unique materials as part of the process.

Utilizing her years of experience in OT, background in design and life long love for up-cycling, Nicole instigates creativity and personal growth through a variety of unique workshops utilizing reclaimed and reconsidered goods, incorporating life lessons and application throughout the experience.

She invites people to pause from the stress of everyday life, reconnect with themselves and others as they renew their creative spirit.

Nicole’s goal is to instigate a little of this creative spark in others and empower them as the explore and get curious about the world around them. She likes to meet them where they are and help then reconnect with their playful, creative side through a variety of unique workshops and experiences. She strives to create a safe space for individuals to try new things, mess up, be imperfect, or just be and take a break from whatever it is they need to take a from in life. Nicole enjoys helping others see value in everyone and everything around them, helping to make this world a little bit better.
